You can remove Piste's access to any account you've connected at any time, and ask us to delete everything Piste holds about you and your workspace. Our privacy policy explains what that data is.
Delete everything
Email support@usepiste.com from the address on your Piste account and ask us to delete your account. We'll confirm by email, and delete your workspace and everything in it within 30 days: your chats, automations, memory, connections and their tokens, ad account totals, sales totals and studies. We'll tell you when it's done. If you can't send from that address, tell us which account it is and we'll check it's yours before deleting anything.
Disconnect one service in Piste
In the Piste app, open Settings, then Connections:
- Meta Ads or Google Ads: choose Disconnect. Piste deletes the account's token and every daily total it read, straight away. Studies keep the totals they were calculated from.
- Slack: choose Disconnect. Piste uninstalls itself from that Slack workspace and deletes the installation.
- iMessage, apps, your ChatGPT plan: each has its own Disconnect.
- Claude, ChatGPT or another assistant using Piste's MCP server: choose Revoke under Assistants. The assistant loses access at once.
Remove Piste from the platform's side
- Meta: in Meta Business Suite, open Settings, then Business integrations, and remove Piste. On a personal Facebook account, open Settings and privacy, then Settings, then Business integrations. Meta then stops Piste's access, and we delete the connection when Piste next finds it no longer works, or when you ask us to.
- Google: go to myaccount.google.com/connections, choose Piste and remove its access.
- Shopify: in your Shopify admin, open Settings, then Apps, and uninstall Piste. Shopify tells us, and we delete the store's connection 48 hours later.
- Slack: a Slack admin can remove the Piste app from the workspace's app management page.
